Personal Training Options

 

Whether training one on one or in a small group, every person has different goals and different body types.

 

When you enlist Cheryl Callard from Insync Bodies as your personal trainer your program is tailored specifically for you, targeted to sculpture your body whilst burning fat not muscle.

 

Cheryl provides exceptional nutritional advice and motivation, all you need is to be committed, no more excuses or half-hearted attempts because you simply won’t get results.

 

Insync Bodies offers reasonable rates so you can make fitness a part of your life.  

 

Personal Training

 

  • One on One 
    $70 per hour at private studio

     

  • Group Sessions - Up to 4 - 6 people
    $30 per person (1 hour session)

 

Body Sculpting & Competition

 

 

Rehabilitation

 

  • Initial One on One consultation to discuss your rehabilitation needs - $60 per hour - then $25 per 1 hour session.
