About Cheryl
My Story
Cheryl is the ambassador of Insync Bodies and offers freelance personal training options at her private studio in Margaret River.
An inspiration to others, Cheryl’s drive and personal achievements speak for themselves. After the birth of her second child, Cheryl (aged 40), made a conscious decision to be the best person she could be, inside and out! She enlisted a personal trainer for a period of 3 months to help get herself back to the girl she knew before!
Just 1 year later, Cheryl competed in several state, national and international figure fitness competitions winning FIRST place in the INBA Masters Over 40 (two consecutive years running) and placing second in the WORLD Natural Olympia (open division).
After realizing that anyone is capable of re-sculpting their own body, armed with the correct knowledge, Cheryl began researching the most effective, healthy and successful way for the average person to tone their body and gain vitality.
